Package 1: Pencil Container

The challenge presented was to create a package that could be re-used. In response to this challenge, a solution was developed in the form of a pencil container. The package takes the form of a cylinder, which initially contains colored pencils. Once the top of the cylinder is torn off, the package transforms into a pencil holder that can be used to store and organize pencils. This design not only meets the requirement of being re-usable but also adds value to the product by providing an additional benefit to the user. By creating a package that can be repurposed, the product becomes more sustainable and environmentally friendly. This simple yet effective solution demonstrates the importance of considering the entire lifecycle of a product, from its creation to its disposal, in order to minimize waste and maximize utility.

Package 2: Salt of the Earth

As per the requirement of Package 2: Salt of the Earth, the challenge was to create a package that incorporates the product to create added design value. The solution that we came up with is a package design that features small holes, which reveal clear plastic containers that are filled with multiple colored salts from around the world. This design not only adds aesthetic value to the packaging but also allows the customers to see the product before buying it. The use of multiple colored salts from around the world also gives a sense of diversity and uniqueness to the product, thus making it stand out from the other products in the market. Overall, this package design is a perfect blend of creativity and functionality, which will surely enhance the customer's experience.

Package 3: Survival Box

Package 3 known as the "Survival Box" is an innovative solution that challenges users to create a survival box from a single die-cut. This package offers a unique and practical approach to survival in the outdoors. The box faces are crafted from survival materials such as solar panels, knife sharpeners, match strikers, fire starters, mirrors, and sundials. The interior of the box is intentionally left empty to allow users to add more survival supplies as needed. The Survival Box is designed to provide users with the necessary tools to endure and overcome unexpected situations in the wild.
